Bust (1): Measure fullest part, tape around back and across bust apex.

Waist (2): Find smallest part below rib cage, keep tape parallel to floor.

Hips (3): Measure around largest hip part.

Bust Apex (4): Shoulder to bust apex depth.

Shoulder Length (5): Base of neck to shoulder tip.

Front - Neck to Waist (6): Side base of neck to waist, over bust.

Back - Neck to Waist (7): Friend-measured nape to waist.

Waist to Length (8): Waist to garment end on leg. Specify pant waist.

Crotch Length (9): Pants/shorts - back waist, through legs, to front waist. Specify waistline.

Arm/Sleeve Length (10): Slightly bent arm, shoulder tip to wrist. Specify sleeve lengths.

RETURN POLICYWhile we hope that you have fallen in love with your purchase, we understand that sometimes what we receive just isn’t what we expected, or just didn’t quite work. In those cases, here is the return policy for our collections.Please note:All garments must be in original condition with all tags attached, with no signs of wear, or stains either inside the garment or outside the garment. All returns must be requested within 14 days from the date of delivery for the return to be honored.All returns must be shipped within 7 days of initiating the return process for the return to be honored.All items without tags or garments that have been worn, altered or soiled in any way will not be accepted. It may take up to 30 days for your return to be processed, we are very meticulous in this process and we will always refund those items that are eligible. FULL-PRICE GOWNS, DRESSES, PANTS, BLOUSES, KNITS, SKIRTS We want you to be completely satisfied with your vddh.ca order, thus we will accept your return specifically of items designated as “Gowns, Dresses, Pants, Blouses, Knits, Skirts or Accessories”, in original condition with all tags attached, with no signs of wear, or stains either inside the garment or outside the garment. All items must be received to our warehouse within 14 days of initial receipt to the client in order for the return to be honored. *Items without tags or garments that have been worn, altered or soiled in any way will not be accepted. Items returned after 14 days cannot be refunded. Your refund will be in the same form as the original purchase. Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
