RETURN POLICY
While we hope that you have fallen in love with your purchase, we understand that sometimes what we receive just isn’t what we expected, or just didn’t quite work. In those cases, here is the return policy for our collections.
Please note:
- All garments must be in original condition with all tags attached, with no signs of wear, or stains either inside the garment or outside the garment. Stains are defined as discoloration due to make-up, lotions, liquids, food, or deodorant. Garments with odors or animal hair will also not be accepted.
- Final Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
- All returns must be requested within 14 days from the date of delivery for the return to be honored.
- All returns must be shipped within 7 days of initiating the return process for the return to be honored.
- All items without tags or garments that have been worn, altered or soiled in any way will not be accepted.
- It may take up to 30 days for your return to be processed, we are very meticulous in this process and we will always refund those items that are eligible.
FULL-PRICE GOWNS, DRESSES, PANTS, BLOUSES, KNITS, SKIRTS
We want you to be completely satisfied with your vddh.ca order, thus we will accept your return specifically of items designated as “Gowns, Dresses, Pants, Blouses, Knits, Skirts or Accessories”, in original condition with all tags attached, with no signs of wear, or stains either inside the garment or outside the garment. All items must be received to our warehouse within 14 days of initial receipt to the client in order for the return to be honored. *Items without tags or garments that have been worn, altered or soiled in any way will not be accepted. Items returned after 14 days cannot be refunded. Your refund will be in the same form as the original purchase. Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
FINAL SALE ITEMS AND SPECIAL PROMOTIONS
All items marked "FINAL SALE" are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned at any time.
Promotions will not be retroactively applied to purchases made prior to said promotions launch.
Promotional sales and discounts that are triggered with a specific code will also carry the condition of "FINAL SALE" and are subject to the same policy regardless of whether the item is marked "FINAL SALE" on the site. All such codes and promotions will be clearly indicated for the customer's benefit.
Any and all FINAL SALE sale items that are returned to our warehouse will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.
PROMOTIONS AND CODES
VDDH Inc. may at times have promotions and codes that allow for additional discounts, or benefits to the customer. These promotions are subject to our discretion and may include exclusions. All promotions will clearly indicate restrictions if any, we will also reserve the right to limit use of such promotions at any time. MAKING A RETURN OR EXCHANGE

SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification confirming that your order has shipped.
Please be aware once your order is placed we are unable to update or cancel an order as it is processed by our automated system. We regret any inconvenience this may cause, we kindly recommend that you review our exchange and refund policies.

We offer free shipping (UPS Ground) to all Canadian and U.S. orders over $600 USD. Other shipping methods for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. All shipping days are calculated in "Business Days".

How do I check the status of my order?When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@vddh.ca with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.vddh is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Refunds, returns, and exchangesWe accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition (no stains inside or outside of the garment, odors, pulled threads or damaged closures), and we will refund the full order amount.

The vddh mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Vivienne Dacosta Design House Inc, (“VDDHi”, “we”, or “us”). By consenting to vddh’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of VDDH through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any provence/or federal Do Not Call list.
